Be sure to wear good walking shoes and bring plenty of water. These pristine pools are well worth the hike to get there.

National Wildlife Refuge
Featuring a three-mile strip of white sand and turquoise water, this wildlife refuge is a must-see in St. Croix. Snorkelers commonly spot sea turtles and rays here, while beachgoers enjoy the sparsely populated beach. Please note that it's forbidden to stake anything in the sand (including umbrellas), so remember to bring plenty of sunscreen.
